If you desire the appearance and feel of a full racing harness but still need to adhere to "street legal" requirements, the DRIFT III is the ideal belt for you, featuring 3" wide racing shoulder belts.

This belt is manufactured in accordance with European Standard ECE-R 16.04 and the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) 209. It is a legally compliant seat belt suitable for use in street-legal vehicles in all US states with mandatory seat belt laws. The belt is equipped with a center push-button release buckle and our shoulder belt asmTM system to prevent submarining. It features 3" shoulder belts and 2" lap belts with comfort padding.

The Bolt-On version typically attaches to the existing factory mounting points for the front lap belts. The shoulder belts are usually mounted to the rear "D" and "E" lap belt mounting points. Please refer to the attached diagram for an explanation of these locations.

The lap belt Bolt-On attachment brackets are sewn into the lap belts. The shoulder belt attachment brackets can be removed, allowing you to wrap the shoulder belts around a harness bar or roll bar using the provided 3-bar adjusters. Belts are available with or without shoulder end fittings.

Please Note: (DRIFT belts should only be used with seats that have a "pass-through" for the shoulder harnesses, such as a stock seat with an adjustable up and down headrest or a race-type seat with openings for the shoulder belts. Never use this type of belt with a seat that has an integrated headrest that would require the shoulder belts to be routed around the outside of the headrest. The rear passenger seats must not be used while the DRIFT belt is installed.)
