Ferodo - Brake pad set - FDS393

The FDS compound has been specifically designed for road use. It combines many of the characteristics found in a pure racing material (high friction, absence of fade), but it has improved cold performance, reduced disc wear, and decreased noise.

The key features of DS Performance are:

• High friction coefficient (average 0.46)*


• Excellent disc life


• Low wheel dust


• Racing "feel"


• Low heat transmission to caliper - thus avoiding fluid boil


• DS Performance is recommended for road use only. R90 compliant (EU standard for road pads).

*This is the average coefficient of friction from a fast road testing schedule; it would be lower in a test schedule representative of race use.
