The aluminum front subframe installed on the E6* M5/M6 is susceptible to failure at the juncture where the roll bar bracket secures to the subframe. When this juncture weakens and bends, it may result in the subframe tab breaking or the bush clamp cracking. Our new ARB bush kits feature Black 95A durometer bushes and a high-quality zinc-coated steel plate to reinforce the frame, offering optimal roll bar positioning and reducing body roll to the maximum extent. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) testing has demonstrated that the addition of PFF5-4203PLT reduces stress in the subframe by 22.5%.
