CARTEK - digital gear & shift indicator "ODB2"
Details
The digital gear and shift indicator from CARTEK can be mounted on the dashboard, for example. It shows the driver which gear is currently engaged on the large, multicolored display. It works with both manual and automatic transmissions and also with a sequential shift.
The integrated shift indicator shows the optimum time to shift up to the next gear. There is also a shift light. This means that the shift indicator flashes from an adjustable maximum speed. The shift indicator's eight multicolored LEDs form a display sequence that starts at a pre-optimal engine speed and ends at the exact perfect shift speed, giving the driver an early warning of the upcoming shift. The display is not suitable for engines with older high-voltage capacitor ignition (HKZ), English Capacitor Discharging Ignition (English abbreviation CDI).
Features
The lower and upper speed settings can be made with or without the engine running. When adjusting with the engine running, the engine only needs to be brought up to 50% of the maximum speed. RPM values ??can also be entered manually using the push button on the back of the gear display.
Provided with an OBD2 connector with which you can easily connect the display to your vehicle's ODB2 connector. No additional cabling is necessary! See below for more information.
